Hey Mark, I guess the bottom line is ............ These 55 individuals have banded together to vote supposedly with management on share value and how to get there. Should a buyout offer be made, where will these votes go? Some of these votes, perhaps even management's, may be happy with a $3.00 price and sell, but the greater majority of the group wants to hang out for a better price. There is nothing legally binding the 55 together as a group. Just what is felt to be a price that we, the group, are willing to hold out for?
