One method to bring in new investors is to do some regional presentations to HNIs (high networth individuals) - in the past, I've been asked to facilitate this for one of the mining companies - such sites as Scottsdale (my turf), or Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, New York (Westchester County), Mailbu, etc.
PRB should seriously consider this approach - meeting HNIs on their own turf, presenting the fundamentals of the company at a lunch or dinner meeting.
This is where having an aggressive PR person working for PRB would be quite useful.
