Mark, I had assumed that the designates for the PSU would be meeting in person with Dave and the BOD to diplomatically state the PSU shareholder strength ,in defence of a possible hostile T/O and to suggest some ways in which shareholder value could be enhanced such as a spin out of BC.,etc.,all of course in a supportable role to mgt.

Did/will such a meeting take place?

Some investors here feel that the silence from the company for over 2 months is fine,that anyone can email or phone Dave. It seems to me that there are far more effective ways for Dave to communicate the status to ALL SHAREHOLDERS AT ONE TIME AND THAT IS VIA AN NR. Surely we would not want to bombard Dave with individual calls/emails.

What Dave has to say to personal calls should be made available by Dave to all shareholders.

IMO, WE ARE WAY PAST DUE SOME WORD FROM MANAGEMENT .
