The Board should accept that these guys are taking down our share price for profit and man-up with some attacks of their own in protection of shareholder's price values. Is not the board a type of insurance factor to protect the shareholders? It's like there is a fire in town and the fire department, the BOD, refused to heed calls for help. Personally, if I had a great deal more shares I would show these guys to the door.
