Based on current SP the 60 Mio offer would correspond to 1 Dollar per share. Due to the fact that there is cero value for BC currently this offer would be a premium of 100 %, not bad,isn't it?

On the other hand there was a reason Probe declined the offer.There is no doubt that Clfs needs BC. Now we are a couple of years later and getting closer to production. Time is getting shorter which gives Probe a better negotiating position.
