Maybe these suits are related to the folks of years back from Giant Yellowknife Mines. The Board at GYK were almost like asleep most of the time giving the shareholders not much of anything but numbers on stapled white sheets of paper four times a year.
It appears that Dave is the company and the others are just figure heads.
