Thank you for your nomination, but I with regret I won't be able to take on the job. First, my shedules are just too messy; second, I am far from the company's HQs, hence when it comes to face-to-face discussion it will not be convenient. In my opinion, there would be some need to meet with management, at least a couple of times, to look at them in the eyes...Also, body language reading is best for this kind of encounter.

However, I would remain active to help in any way I can, as long as I'm shareholder of PRB.
