1. The name: PSU - Probe Shareholders United works for me. We need to let our bros and siss over at SH know as well (don't know if private mail should be sent to those on Mark's list only). But final results should be published out in the open for everyone to see. We also need to set a deadline. e.g. by next Monday (14 May 2012) if there is no majority for other names PSU stands.

2. Nomination for lead persons for PSU: I would nominate Mark as one lead person, and Bob is the alternate in case Mark cannot attend certain meetings. And if both are not available for certain meeting, either of them can nominate an alternate for that particular meeting. This delegation is handy, just in case.

3. Objectives: Two items only and we need to be flexible enough for item (b).

(a) To support management against low-ball TO attempts;

(b) To work closely with management for suggestions for maximizing shareholders values, e.g. spin-off non-key assets, and marketting effort.

Agreed with a previous post that we need to have a non-confrontation approach (i.e. out of Dave's hairs, and non-threatening) for this to work smoothly with (to be embraced by, using the buzz words) management. We are here to help (again, sounds like a commercial).
