Absolutely, I hear you - I think we're looking at 2 issues -

1. There is a united group of S/H (PSU) that will back mgmt with a substantial voting block.

2. This group would like mgmt to seriouly consider spinning out BC and other ROF assets now, for reasons previously stated.
