A more assertive name is needed. How about PRB Sharehilder Acrion Group (PRBSAG)? Activities would be limited to thwart a TO low-ball bid. There is far too much going on in the Corporate Chambers that we don't have the rights to meddle with due to their confidential nature. Just let the BOD handle those sensative matters that may pertain to long-term strategies the details of which need to be kept confidential.

As to Mark, aka LTGoldBull, being nominated to the BOD, we should be diligent and cognizant of the qualifications for all Board Members. Mark is very active and articulate here at AGO but his CV should be become known in order to determine his qualifications to be nominated. Having said all that, Mark is definitely a beacon of light here at AGO, IMHO.
