seems next step is to use our voting block in discussions with other groups - maybe even with Sprott. We might consider the following:

1. Continue share accumulation.

2. Our voting block formally asking mgmt to discuss a spin-out of BC and other ROF assets.

3. Enter into discussions with mgmt on combining their shares with us as a voting block.

I would be glad to have Mark act as out formal rep (preperatory to us nominating Mark for a board seat).
