IMO,the deal for TRR has set a min. floor price for Probe's Borden Lake.

TRR deal valus their gold at $83 /oz.

$83 gives our 5.8 million oz a possible value of $481 million.

With 81 million F/D shares,that gives an immediate benchmark of $5.94 per share.

Then there is the $32 million in cash and BC, as two other major assets to consider.

Dave and BOD would be insane to consider ANYTHING LESS THEN $7.00 AT THE MOMENT.

$32 million in cash and lets say a ridiculous lowball of $60 million for BC gives another $1.23 per share.

$5.94 plus a min. of a further $1.23 gives an overall basic benchmark of $7.17 per share,right now.
