I am on record for being against the proposed deal that was done with the likes of BMO.

Just think how different everything would have been if we had financed through Pierre Lassonde's Franco Nevada or the folks over at Royal Gold. Did the Board ever consider these companies as possible sources of new funds???? If not, WHY? Dave is the geologist and the Board is the company's government. Dave does a super job while Board members looks quite limp in their fiduciary position of caring for shareholder's interests.

I'm against voting for current Board Members to return. One of my first choices for a new Board Member would be you, Mark.
