For what it is worth,I have put together the following Vol. and EOD closing prices for Probe.

-Jan 1-31 -EOD price range -2.69 to 2.14 for volume of 4,170,000 shs.

-Feb 1-29-EOD price range -2.34 to 1.88 for volume of 3,487,000 shs.

-Mar 1-31-EOD price range -1.95 to 1.35 for volume of 5,999,000 shs.

-Apr 1-13-EOD price range -1.40 to 1.10 for volume of 2,513,000 shs.

Total Volume of shs. traded = 16,169,000 shs. represents 19.8 % of fully diluted .

A full 80.1 % of the shares did not participate . Less then 20% volume took all shares down from 2.69 to 1.10 in just 3 and a half months.

Intraday high of 2.80 reached on Jan. 19 and Jan 23.

Intraday low of 1.07 reached on April 13,our last trading day.

In this time frame, Probe has issued 3 NR's with substantial assay results, has announced an option agreement with REC, and best of all ,it updated it's resource in the INDICATED CATEGORY by 1,228 % from 305,000 ozs. to 4,051,000 ozs. and

increased its total GLOBAL RESOURCE by 44 % from 4,060,000 ozs. to 5,800,000 ozs. all,at a .3g/t cutoff.

It also reported a pit-constrained resource of 3,400,000 ozs. at 1.02 g/t and a higher grade of 1,9000,000 ozs. at 1.43 g/t.

It also reported that the mineralization is open in all directions and depth.

Of course you all know these resource numbers,BUT I wanted to restate them here briefly to show what the company has been able to do in just 15 short months and especially how dramatically it was able to increase the overall resource and especially the INDICATED CATEGORY since last August.

These,IMO, are major achievements to which participating shareholders have to be very proud of , knowing very well that Borden very likely contains far more gold then what has been found and likely higher grades yet at depth.

THE IRONY IN ALL THIS ( AND MY WHOLE PURPOSE IN STATING THE VOLUME AND SP STATS AT THE TOP OF MY MESSAGE) IS TO SHOW THE ENTIRE DISCONNECT BETWEEN A GROWING RESOURCE,WITH ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWN GLITCHES/IMPEDIMENTS , AND WHAT THE VULTURE TRADERS DID TO THE STOCK PRICE IN JUST 3 AND A HALF MONTHS.
