I wonder when (if ?) BOD was aware of Sheldon/Pinetree holdings in Probe?

Seems that these guys got their shares through the F/T process. If so, was BOD not aware of these guys reputation in the junior market ???

Just who sold the F/T's to these guys?? Maybe we can learn something with answers ??

Nice to have$ 32 million in kitty,but under present destruction of sp,the money in bank is doing ZERO TO HELP THE SP and is not all needed at this time,IMO.

Great idea - coordinate buyback of shares at this ridiculous price level with say 5-10 million dollars and WITH THE HUGE RESOURCE ON HAND , go to Sprot/F-N( as you pointed out ) if and when more funds are needed and get the funding through more objective realistic sources.

It seems more important then ever now that certain holders of Probe shares may have ulterior motives of their own ,which do not reflect strong hands and which do not strive to see the company grow based on solid fundamentals ,WHICH PROBE HAS.

IMO,it is part of the fudiciary responsibiliy to genuine shareholders likme you and me to protect and enhance shareholder value.

Company seems to have done most everything superbly in the field in terms of finding a huge amount of gold in record time ; I have yet to see anyone find 5.8 million ozs. in 15 months,do 2 resource updates,do metalurgy and proceed with a PEA. Company deserves full credit for this,BUT , MANY OF THE SHARES ISSUED THROUGHT THE F/T PROCESS appear to be held in less then desirable hands .
