Probe is demonstrating the old adage.....

"The markets can be irrational longer than you can stay solvent".
I'm going to be jumping around here on some subjects. Bare with
me.
As with most here I think PRB probably has the goods. The larger
players are waiting for more "proof" of sorts. lIke an updated estimate
which should soon be issued. And especially a more definitive metallurgy
report. Even a large tonnage low grade deposit has to have good
metallurgy. If not, then it is going to be dicey when it comes to a perceived
efficient operation. Especially in the day of $100 + bbl oil which can
easily kill a project since a truck / open pit mines' operating expenses can be
30/40 % for tires and fuel. Some of those tires can cost $30,000 each and
last as little as 30/40 days.
What if Iran temporarily explodes and Brent goes to $150?, $175?, $200?,
Who knows? What do you think is going to happen to PRB's price? I'm sure
larger investors of the BMO's of the world are thinking these kinds of thoughts.
I certainly am.
Take a look at the daily chart of Sinclair's Tanzanian Royalty. From roughly
mid May 2011 thru mid Nov 2011 it dropped 80% from $7.82 to $1.56. But
no evil big miner tried to take them out. Why? Not enough evidence to other
miners that Sinclair has the goods. I personally think he does. But what do I
know?
Sinclair is a pretty savvy guy but he could'nt do a thing about the
price drop. As for PRB mgt. doing something to move the price I don't know
what they could do to force the price up. I guess they could hire a Boca Raton
promotor. Somebody like Bales, the guy that recently killed the Afgan people.
He supposedly used to work for pump and dumpers in Boca in the nineties
before the authorities ran him off.
I know, I know, there is the possibilty that Sinclair orchestrated the price drop
it so he could steal cheap shares from his mullet shareholders. But with that
said, Sinclair understands that the criminal elements have taken over the regulatory
agencies all over the world. He knows, like deep down we all know, fundamentals
will win out - usually, but not always. But each of us is going to have to deal with
the 'evil' manipulators. Actually, they've always been in the markets since day one.
I think PRB's BL property will start looking interesting but not until they have at
least 5 million ozs. not grams) in the M&I catagories with silver ratioed in that
5 Million ozs. It looks like PRB could find more than one economical deposit but
that going to require a lot more drilling.
Anyway guys/gals I hope you can stay on the bucking bronco we are on. Don't
you remember when your momma told you that 'playin with miner stock can
be dangerous boy'. As we are now finding out Momma was right.
Good luck to everybody........eom
