Somewhat disturbing that Dave may be primarily focused on the long term and not concerned with the day to day fluctuations in the sp.

IMO,a ceo has responsibility to ALL shareholders,big and small , and it seems that most management's responsibility is to enhance shareholder value , not only in the long term which might be

next year or next decade,but all the time,meaning today and tomorrow.

That , to me is a management that is truly there for all shareholders .
