If I were CLF I would go for PRB ASAP (at least the BC chromite property) to secure part of the transportation access to the west and via FNC to the south. BC is just next to BD (perhaps a siamese twin joining at the hip down below). BC is high and dry, I believe it's sitting at the highest elevation among the deposits (itself, BD and BT). So to stir CLF into action (kinda "in- yer-face-strategy", but it could be effective). Perhaps, in addition to spin-off of the chromite property, PRB should also do some bulk sampling for Xstrata to do some furnace runs?
