Seems to me that the benefits/positives for all concerned are so obvious to do a spin-off that Dave/BOD should need little ,if any, promting to get it done ASAP .

I cannot think of any negatives that Management would put forward not to do it.

Has anyone had a frank discussion with Dave recently on this ?

I wonder how the Institutional investors would take this ? Are they a hurdle to overcome?

Do they want the status quo ?
