I agree, scarce resources need to be effectively priortized and for Probe that means Borden.

That is why I was thinking that Cliffs may have actually now approached Dave about Black Creek and Dave may have been listening for the reason above. To me it sounds like Cliffs has made the decision to mine in the ROF and that changes Cliffs thinking about right of ways, mining assets and competition. Alternatively, I do like your idea of dropping a few holes at BC funds/time permiting.
