You can earn activity points by filling your profile with information about yourself (what city you live in, your favorite team, blogs etc.)
Not sure, hoping someone on here can answer that question and why such high g/t figures were used. I know for a fact that it did not go over well at RBC. Big sell after PR.
Hopefully management will address this issue rather quickly.
