Worth, selling the chromite portion is certainly one distinct possibility (in fact, best scenario for CLF). If Dave wants to get the cash from this piggy bank to concentrate on Borden then he could do so quite easily provided CLF comes and talk nicely (i.e. not as a bully). Guess who is holding the aces here. I would not be surprised if CLF has already done some talking with DP already. It's just a phone call away for these guys. They are in the business of dealing, trading, etc...and if the price is right DP can be flexible if he wants to (we know that DP is stubborn enough, but this can be put aside temporarily for some reasonably good deal).
If DP could get some cool $100+ M for the chromite property (noting that CLF already drew that road to the west on PRB property in their Black Thor site plan) then that would be a good chunk of money for drilling Borden like swiss cheese. I would get the money when the opportunity presents itself, even NOW, if CLF is in a playful mood. There would be no need to wait for a rainy day (since we don't really want to wait for Greece to unfold itself in a referendum).
BTW, to us (small) investors, a bidding war for PRB, part or whole, would not be a bad thing, as long as the SP goes ballistic. Who would complain?
Just my speculation.
