Playing up the problems that AEM have in their main zone and talking about the ground stability in the zone that hosts Prb property increases the value of the royalty agreement. Having invest in the mine/shaft, mill and surface works they are going to look at ways of keeping it going while they figure out the ground stability issues in their main zone. One of those possibilities is to focus on the Prb land they hold and the surrounding AEM claims. There are hints in the news release that may point in that direction.

Anything that accelerates mining of the land we hold a royalty generates $ and is good for Prb's stock price.
