The reality of the mining industry is that you must be as aggressive in the courts as you are in the field if you wish to survive in this game - this has been PRBs history since the beginning.
My understanding is that drilling was completed by the second week in JUNE, which means - FOUR MONTHS later, we still don't have assay results.
1. Why doesn't PRB obtain a copy of the assay directly from the lab? Drilling was conducted on PRB land.
2. PRB needs to demand additional drilling NOW, ie commence before the end of October.
On Black Creek - why not put this property out for bids now? Give Cliffs first right of refusal.
