PRB down .23 cents in last 4 sessions for a decline of almost 15 %

TRR up .38 cents in last 4 sessions for an increase of 9 %.

This sure makes sense ??

IMO,we have some disturbing trading going on with PRB and we could be vulnerable to a low ball takeout.

IMO,Dave and BMO both need to do more now ,but do they really care at the moment ??
