Are they manipulating the stock? No. Certainly not in the eyes of the OSC. We may see it differently but that’s not important to the rule makers.

These guys are nothing more than an irritant on our path success. They can't bite you unless you stick your hand out in the open.

The market is the real problem now. Investors have moved to cash and the summer doldrums are in full swing. The good news is that we have more gold coming our way. It's safe to say that supercomputers have not advanced enough to understand this statement.
