I totally agree with your sentiments, and hope that something will awaken the OSC. What a an ineffectual body of supposed regulators. They have been ignoring the little guy for years, no matter how many complaints are registered. Day traders, high speed computer trading, and big institutions have all but driven the little investor away for good.
