Your are asking for the reason of undervaluation.

If there is such a undervaltuation this stock is supposed to be traded at much higher prices. But it doesn't.

Same thing at other stocks. What about fnc, not, gax, fmg,..... I read always that those stocks are undervalued.

If its correct there should be some buying pressure and prices would go up.

Always remember, marekt is always right. Due to all risks and information those stocks are traded at fair prices at this point. If there is any change and therefore other information available marekt is gonna adjust share price.

Thats how financial markets work. You couldn't make any money if there is no uncertainness considering risks and opportunities.

So contact Dave and ask for some more clarity. He should disclose how strategic adjustment looks like.
