We were around $ 1.70 three months ago, now hovering around $ 1.20 !

three months ago, our market cap with a $ 1.70 price tag was $ 75M fully diluted (44M shares x $ 1.70).

Today, our market cap is $ 86M (72M shares x $ 1.20).

We have seen a 15% INCREASE in market cap with a 30% DECREASE in share price.

The increase in market cap is due to more results from Borden (March 15 & 28).

The decrease in share price is due to our recent financing, which added 28M shares (fully diluted) to our float.

As easy as that !
