Takeout possibilities

The kind of institutions that BMO brings into a stock are usually long term types.
Of course, there are always exceptions. Maybe PRB will turn out to be the exception.
Personally, I don't think so. From a financial structure standpoint this could turn
out to be another GUY type deal. If so I'll be a happy camper. GUY has been a big
winner so far.
Institutions don't normally get involved in owning miners. They are looking for
some sort of potential multiple on their original investment knowing that along the
way they'll be involved in more financings as the company builds out. Ten institutions
owning half the stock of Probe in its early stages is a locked in situation. If PRB actually
develops a mine at BL by the end of the first year of production there'll probably be at
least 200,000,000 issued stock by PRB selling well north of $10.00. Yes, at that time
the institutions may get together and vote to sell the stock to someone like AEM.
If that is the case I think all PRB shareholders who are now in regardless of what they
paid will be very pleased indeed.
Of course, alot of events have to line up right for PRB to be a big winner.
I'm speculating it will all work out. But it could be a volatile ride. Lets see, in the 70's
gold went from $35 to $200. A 5.7X move. The following 2 years gold steadily fell
50% to $100. Then gold went from $100 to the $840 top. Where are we now?
Gold has gone from $250 to $1476. A 5.9X move. How about that. Just like in the
70's Are we due for a similar 50% pullback as in the 70's? . I'm not smart enough to
know. But if it happens PRB will have the money to keep on drilling out their properties.
And hopefully gold will eventually continue climbing ultimately to much higher prices.
We'll see........oem
