Sieg., you are right on and I am with you all the way. Questionable backroom deal here,IMO, possibly circumventing the due process of shareholder rights. While it is BMO that fronted the entire P/P,I suspect this was syndicated to others,but my gut tells me that a firm we all are aware of is behind this .
