Just whose interests are at heart here ?? Guess and I am sure you will be right.

Someone with a motive and a strategy,IMO,is behind this generous handout of $25 million,when there is no plan ( not that we have seen) on how it is to be utilized. $15 million was high by itself,but what do you do with an extra $10 million ( a 67% increase ) when you did not ask for it?? If the $10 million more was to be needed a year from now,surely the additional intense drilling ( without even considering the other irons in the fire) would surely justify a FAR HIGHER PRICE FOR AN ADDITIONAL P/P AND FAR LESS DILUTION.

It is sad to say,but until (if) we ever know the whole story ,which we are entitled to, my opinion is that this whole deal of Daves stinks and sucks.

IMO, this P/P could have some major entity behind it that will, to all our surprise, gain control of all of Probe and especially BC . There is no way to manage who will gain control of all those additional shares .

This is just the way I feel after pondering about this whole thing all day and now I am off to the airport.
