Mark: thanks for your input. I am by no means a basher of this stock. I am however a fairly large investor.

I am so pissed off that this downfall has been so orchestrated in order for the PP. Its disgusting. PRB management have obviously been in talks with BMO for sometime now. They have resorted to a veil of secrecy that has allowed this thing to wallow to a unacceptable price in order to facilitate a longer term gain for themselves. I am more than sure that they will all be awarded cheaper shares as a result.

BUT: the long term shareholder has not been dealt with fairly here. The long term shareholder got this company to where it is. The PP will dilute this at a price that is artificially low. That is unacceptable. The SP has been diluted to achieve this. THis is not how you treat your long term investors.

What will be an investment at 1.4 or less should have been over 2.

The great results and absolute crash of the share price speak volumes. The orchestration of this dump in price is pathetic to watch.

I for one don't like the games.
