I hope you are not negative. Lots of great talk on the Noront site. How many other mining areas were mentioned in the budget? especially two years in a row. I think that its great for Cliffs to see that the Gov't is committed. I am sure that they are already aware of this. Its not a matter of if for the ROF, just a matter of when.
