She advised that BMO approached PRB because they really liked the Borden Lake project and that BMO normally doesn't do financings below $30 million. I expressed concern about the market pricing and she said that Dave is pretty schewed and this was a Board decision. She said to be patient and the Borden project is shaping up nicely. Also the board was interested in the benefits of doing a financing with BMO because of the accompanying analyst coverage. I also expressed concern about the timing of the two releases together than that the financing created uncertainty therefore the great assay results have basically been ignored.
