If you are pleased with a 51% continous decline in the sp,then good for you. This is not in line with most juniors over the past 3-4 months. Fluctuations are expected and are normal: in my books 51% decline in this stock,with its solid fundamentals is not normal and I think Dave had/has the fiduciary responsibilily to all PRB shareholders to bring forth updates ON ALL THE OUTSTANDING ISSUES . He has not done this,not on any one of the items.
