I don't think there is any significant manipulation because there is NO volume..... if investors want the price higher all they have to do is overcome the wall of worry and place bids to buy rather than sell the stock...JMHO

The long and short of this wall of worry...... Where is the cash to keep drilling at Borden.... we need another 100+ holes to define this deposit if it is 1200M by 200+ by 200+
