What was the date of the original agreement?

Have have never seen any agreement where a company has Jv'd a property without a significant investment over at least the first of years one, two three etc.

We haven't seen any significant information on progress of this agreement since it's inception and that has been a very long time... certainly longer than any reasonable expectation of a JV agreement... It's not like LSG has no money!
