It seams that 99 has the intent to drive the share price down..... if they aquire any shares they come back with them and hit he bid right after anyone else takes out the bid.... wherever it is... always hiting the bid on weakness.
Thus preventing 99 from buying prevents them somewhat from selling.
Motive???? who knows but it isn't via conventional means.
