The AEM royalty ishould be worth much more than a mere 10 millions now.It should get that much per year for the next 7 years without counting on any extension of the zone.Besides I am not convinced that CAA is the only game in town.I believe that whatever Dave decides to do with the royalty in the future,it will make sense to the company.
