No to spin off, when isolated the chromite company would be too vulnerable... Cliffs would take it out in a hearbeat.

Dave is doing this right, but I would like him to turn over every rock on the beach in an effort to maximize the Goldex royalty and the Chromite resource... this would be a full time job for any mortal.

The drilling at borden is not as important as following up these 2 ....JMHO

It will enable the next phase of exploration.... doing a split right now would alo be a time thief and make lawyers a lot of money but add no value to the company.

Best to keep PRB as a conglomerate....LOL right now untill one of out plays is monitized.
