It seems Cliffs is playing with all the little fish with their big net. Seems they scooped Spider with their shareholders coming up short. Now, by doing nothing, they seem to be running a teasing drama with us and KWG although KWD has firmed while we have weakened.

Why not spin off our gold assets into a gold exploration and royalty company? Call it, Probe Gold Exploration and Royalty. In the process, why not merge with KWG and assert to Cliffs that we are holding attractive assets and won't be played with?
