Black Thore may be first in line with the current land holding position.... That could change if PRB's chromite is taken into the plan. if they were to say that the 40% chromite was going to be mined first it would not be conducive to making KWG and PRB capitulate to Cilffs.

Should Cliffs not come to the table in short order dave should think about another Jv partner, possibly off shore lets say 50% intrest for $75,000,000 This way PRB is cashed up and the chromite is still a significant asset to PRB.

Geting this issue sorted out is every bit as important as drilling our projects.... Thats a lot of hats for one man to wear.... JMHO
