We all gone through tough times one time or the other specially during 2008 and I thought it was the end of the world for one whole day.Then I took up a lot of readings of murder mysteries etc. just to get my mind off the market and went to the gym daily as well.What I realize is that sometimes we can not change things and have to learn to put it aside for a while in order to regroup.I am sure that everyone here had gone through that one time or the other.

things had changed for the better since and I am so glad that i held on to all my positions while a lot of my friends sold in order to recover whatever they could and they advised me to do the same.My reply was that if I sold,I would be forever a loser and if I held on,at least I had hope.So my friend,we are just trying to convince you that a good stock from a good company will always be rewarded in the end no matter how bad things look at one time.

Just try to imagine selling all your position of Teck Resources when a lot of people even analyst thought that it,s a goner at 4 dollars?It,s almost at $60 now.
