The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an option agreement, dated Dec. 22, 2010, between Probe Mines Ltd. and an arm's-length party, whereby the company may acquire a 50-per-cent interest in three patented mining claims, located approximately 20 kilometres east of Chapleau, Ont.
