I think that it,s much easier to takeover the likes of FWR,KWG etc.because CLF also owned big chunks of those companies to begin with and these companies did not have other exciting advanced projects in the works to make share holders hesitate to sell.In the case of PRB------first of all, does CLF actually own any PRB shares? If yes, it,s not significant enough to make a dent. All PRB has to do is to prove up the resource at Bordon and make a case for it,s potential future as well as the value of the Goldex royalty, they can appeal to their shareholders not to tender their shares like Novagold,s successful rejection of Barrick Gold.We are not helpless after all and I believe that,s the reason why Dave is working so hard and fast to make the case for holding on to PRB.We cannot trust whatever good will coming from CLF.I also remember that Barrick did own about 20% of Nova Gold at the time.It proves that it,s possible to fight the big guys if share holders stay together.
