We are making this too complicated.

Dave makes a deal with NOT so that PRB has 100% of Black Creek. PRB drills Black Creek to find out how much is in the ground. Dave gives this infor to CLF. Then CLF makes a deal for the Black Creek property with PRB.

When the deal is done we will find out in a press release. The ink will be dry at this point.

1. Dave negotiated with NOT for Black Creek because CLF will not deal with NOT.

2. Dave drilled Back Creek for CLF.

3. CLF will buy Back Creek from Dave.

This month we willl have news from Borden and perhaps news of a deal on Black Creek.
