That all depends upon the stage of development and the geographical location of the deposit. In the case of Timmins, the market usually gives about one to two hundred dollars an ounce in the ground during early stage of discovery and more when it gets closer to becoming a mine.As we all know, lake shore gold is getting over 500 dollars for an ounce of proven gold in the ground and it should get much more when they prove up the other new discoveries including the thunder creek deposit some time in the future. But for now,it appears to be fully priced and that makes it harder to become a takeover target.May be that,s why they want to concentrate on developing their own side instead of exploring on our side to earn the 55%.too bad that Dave allowed it to happen.
