Cliffs already has majority control of the JV project... KWG is in it regardless.... willingly or unwillingly.

Haven`t reseached the railroad right of way... but owning mineral land claims where a railroad could be located does not necissarily imply owning a railroad right of way... I would think that there would be some kind of government approval process involved in obtaining a right of way.....Haven`t seen anynews out on an approval for railroad right of way... Could you post confirmation of such ownership......JMHO
