I think Dave should do a NR that describes what the goldex royalty properties include and update PRB shareholders regarding the future posible impact this could have to PRB.

The description is not very definative when one compares information on PRB and the information from AEM. New investors should not have to wade through multiple fact sheets and compare info from AEM, for something which could be a material change for the company when these royalties start to come in.
